At Pookie Park Games LLP, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to delete your account, gameplay data, or other information associated with Pookie Park.
1. Deleting Your Account
a. Registered Accounts
- Via Email:
Send a request to Deactivate@pookiepark.com with the subject “Delete Account” and include your registered email or username.
b. Guest Accounts
- Guest data is tied to your device. To delete it:
- Mobile: Clear the app’s cache/data in your device settings.
- PC/Console: Uninstall the game to remove local save files.
- Note: Guest progress cannot be recovered once deleted.
2. Deleting Subscription Data
- Cancel Subscriptions: Manage or cancel subscriptions directly through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
- Payment Data: We do not store payment details. Contact Apple/Google for billing-related data deletion.
3. Deleting Ad-Related Data
- Google AdMob uses anonymized identifiers for ads. To reset or opt out:
- Adjust ad preferences via Google’s Ad Settings.
- Reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
4. Data Retention Exceptions
We may retain certain data if required by law (e.g., fraud prevention, tax compliance). Retained data is anonymized where possible.
5. After Deletion
- Confirmation: We will notify you via email (for registered accounts) once your data is deleted.
- Irreversible Action: Deleted accounts, progress, and purchases cannot be restored.
6. Children’s Data
If you believe a minor under 13 (or 16 in some regions) has provided data without consent, contact us immediately at contact@pookiepark.com
