End User License Agreement (EULA) for Pookie Park

  1. Introduction
    This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Pookie Park Games LLP (“Company”) governing your use of the Pookie Park game (“Game”). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
  2. License Grant
    The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA.
  3. Subscriptions
    The Game offers two optional subscriptions via Apple’s in-app purchase system:

No Ads Subscription: Removes all advertisements during gameplay.
Unlock All Skins Subscription: Grants access to all current and future cosmetic skins (skins do not affect gameplay).
Key Terms:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled ≥24 hours before the current period ends. Manage/cancel via Apple ID settings.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation. Prices may change; you are responsible for taxes.
No Refunds: All sales are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

  1. User Conduct
    You agree not to:

Cheat, harass others, or engage in unlawful acts within the multiplayer environment.
Reverse-engineer or modify the Game.
The Company may terminate accounts for violations.

  1. Intellectual Property
    All Game content (art, code, sounds) is owned by the Company. Skins and in-game items are licensed, not sold.
  2. Termination
    The Company may terminate this license for EULA breaches. Upon termination, cease all use of the Game and delete it. Active subscriptions will end.
  3. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Game is provided “AS IS.” The Company disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
  5. Privacy
    Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy: https://pookiepark.com/privacy-policy/
  6. Third-Party Beneficiary
    Apple is not a party to this EULA but is a third-party beneficiary with the right to enforce it against you.
  7. Governing Law
    Governed by the laws of India, excluding conflicts of law principles.
  8. Changes to EULA
    We may update this EULA. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
